    Dr. Catherine C. Valera is a licensed professional teacher in the Philippines. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS). Currently, she serves as the Coordinator for Research, Innovation, and Quality Assurance at Rogationist College in Silang, Cavite. Her dissertation, “Collaborative School Culture in Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines: An Appreciative Inquiry,” reflects her expertise in using Appreciative Inquiry as a transformative research design in education.
