Dr. Randy A. Tudy is an editor, peer reviewer, author of several books and journal articles, speaker for research conventions and conferences, and facilitator for seminar-workshops on basic research, qualitative research, and action research. He was a former principal, director, dean, Education Supervisor II of the Commission on Higher Education and is currently the Deputy Director of the Publication Unit and an Associate Professor II at the University of Southeastern Philippines.
